Founding Membership Terms & Conditions

Circadian Consultants Co., Ltd. — NOVA at the Royal Bangkok Sports Club

1. About NOVA

NOVA is operated by Circadian Consultants Co., Ltd. (“NOVA”, “we”, “us”), located at Baan 100, Royal Bangkok Sports Club, Bangkok, Thailand.

These Terms and Conditions govern all membership agreements between NOVA and its members.

By purchasing a membership and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and older only.

2.2 Membership Term

All memberships are sold in fixed 6-month terms. Your membership begins on the date of first activation and expires at the end of the 6-month period.

2.3 Founding Membership

Founding Membership is limited to the first 250 members and is available until 1 July 2026, whichever occurs first. Once 250 Founding Memberships have been issued, the founding tier will close regardless of date. Founding Member pricing and session allocations are fixed for the duration of the initial 6-month term.

2.4 Founding Membership Pricing and Payment

The total Founding Membership fee is 32,800 THB for a 6-month term, payable in two instalments:

10,000 THB deposit payable at the time of reservation to secure your founding membership place.
22,800 THB balance payable on or before 1 July 2026 (opening day). Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your deposit and founding membership place.

2.5 Founding Member Benefits

Each Founding Member receives the following benefits for the duration of their founding 6-month term:

Up to 8 NOVA FLOW or NOVA FLEX sessions per month, in any combination.
Additional sessions at 25% below the standard single session rate.
A numbered founding member key card (1 of 250), created exclusively for NOVA founding members.
A black NOVA founding member robe held at the facility exclusively for your use during every visit.
One private coached NOVA FLOW session for the member plus one member guest who must also be a member.
Permanent name engraving on the NOVA Founders Wall inside the sauna room. This benefit is exclusive to the first 100 Founding Members only.

3. Sessions and Member Guest Policy

3.1 Session Allocation

The NOVA Founding Membership includes up to 8 sessions per calendar month. Sessions may be used across NOVA Flow and NOVA Flex in any combination. Sessions are allocated on a monthly basis and do not roll over to the following month if unused. Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of each calendar month.

3.2 Additional Sessions

Founding Members may purchase additional sessions beyond their monthly allocation at 25% below the standard single session rate. Additional session pricing is subject to change at renewal.

3.3 Member Guest Policy — Founding Term (Term 1)

During the founding 6-month membership term, members benefit from the following member guest access:

Members may register one named member guest who can use sessions without the member being present. The named member guest must be registered with NOVA in advance of any solo visit.
When the member is present, they may bring additional member guests up to the capacity of the session booked, with sessions consumed from the member's allocation accordingly.
Named member guest registration may be updated once during the founding term by contacting NOVA directly.

3.4 Member Guest Policy — Renewal Terms (Term 2 onwards)

From the first renewal term, members must be present for all member guest visits. There is no provision for solo member guest access without the member attending the session.

Members may bring member guests to any session they attend, up to the capacity of the session booked.
Sessions are consumed from the member's allocation for each member guest attending.

4. Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their membership once per term for a maximum of 60 consecutive days. To request a freeze, contact NOVA in writing before the freeze period begins. The membership end date will be extended by the number of days frozen. Sessions do not accumulate during a freeze period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

All membership purchases are final. NOVA does not offer cancellations, early terminations, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of circumstance, relocation, injury, or illness.

In the event of a medical condition that permanently prevents participation, NOVA will consider requests for membership transfer on a case-by-case basis. No monetary refund will be issued.

6. Facility Use and Conduct

6.1 Protocols

NOVA operates two protocols: NOVA Flow and NOVA Flex. Each session must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

6.2 Conduct

Members and member guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. NOVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in the event of misconduct, damage to facilities, or breach of these Terms.

6.3 Personal Belongings

NOVA accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

7. Health Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

NOVA's protocols involve thermal contrast therapy, assisted stretching and release, red light therapy, and pneumatic compression. These modalities are designed for healthy adults.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are in good general health and are physically capable of participating in NOVA's protocols.
You have sought medical advice if you have any pre-existing health conditions, cardiovascular concerns, or any condition that may be affected by heat, cold, or physical manipulation.
You participate in all NOVA sessions at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA, its directors, staff, coaches, and specialists accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in NOVA protocols, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This waiver applies to you and to any member guests you introduce to the facility.

8. Privacy and Data

NOVA collects personal information for the purpose of managing your membership, communicating session updates, and, where consented, for participation in NOVA's research and performance tracking programmes. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Amendments

NOVA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of the facility following notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
