Protocol Overview

Release. Flush.
Activate.

NOVA Flex is built around the body's repair and clearance systems. Twenty-five minutes of fascia release opens the soft tissue, increases pliability, and prepares the body for what follows.

A combined twenty minutes of pneumatic compression, automated breathwork and red-light therapy then flushes the lymphatic system while activating mitochondrial repair at the cellular level. Designed for members managing high training loads, chronic stiffness, or the cumulative wear of high-performance work.

The Sequence

Phase by phase

01
Open·Tissue

Fascia Release 25 Min

Guided self-myofascial work opens the tissue most quietly compressed by training and daily posture. Pliability improves, circulation expands across the periphery, and neuromuscular tension recedes. The body is primed — by the time compression and red light begin, every downstream input has more tissue to work on.

Increased

  • Tissue Pliability
  • Circulation
  • Red-Light Penetration
  • Mobility Prep

Decreased

  • Neuromuscular Tension
  • Fascial Adhesions
02
Flush·Vascular

Compression 20 Min

Sequential pneumatic compression flushes the lymphatic system and accelerates venous return. Metabolic load from training is cleared; fresh nutrient-rich blood reaches the periphery. Compression runs concurrently with red light — the body is worked on from two angles in the same twenty minutes.

Increased

  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Tissue Repair
  • Autonomic Recovery

Decreased

  • Systemic Inflammation
  • Stiffness

Activate·Cellular

Red Light 20 Min

Targeted red and near-infrared wavelengths penetrate skin and soft tissue, stimulating mitochondrial activity at the cellular level. ATP production rises, cellular repair signalling engages, and the nervous system shifts firmly into parasympathetic dominance. Delivered concurrently with the compression phase so the two outputs stack in a single twenty-minute window.

  • ATP Production
  • Mitochondrial Activity
  • Cellular Repair
  • Parasympathetic Tone

Decreased

  • Oxidative Stress

Inside the body

What happens to your body.

Recovery isn't passive — it's an active set of inputs the body needs to repair, drain, and reset. Each modality reaches a different system the others can't.

MUSCULOSKELETAL

Fascia release restores tissue pliability and reduces neuromuscular tension — the substrate every other input rides on.

VASCULAR

Pneumatic compression accelerates lymphatic drainage and venous return so tissue clears metabolic load faster.

CELLULAR

Red and near-infrared light drives ATP production and signals cellular repair at the mitochondrial level.

The Benefits

Recovery, measured.

Active recovery is a high-leverage input — the body adapts only as fast as it can repair. Flex compresses that repair window measurably.

+22%

Range of motion in monitored joints after 6 weeks.

−35%

Reported DOMS in the 24 hours after hard training.

1.7×

Faster perceived recovery between training sessions.

26 min

Average reduction in time-to-sleep-onset that night.

Adaptations

What the body learns.

01 Physical

  • Better mobility and range
  • Greater lymphatic clearance
  • Reduced pain and stiffness

02 Performance

  • Faster recovery between sessions
  • Improved tissue repair
  • Higher consistent output

03 Longevity

  • Preserved mobility with age
  • Cellular repair capacity
  • Tissue resilience

Questions

Before you
book.

Two to four sessions per week is the typical range. NOVA Flex is gentler than NOVA Flow, so daily use is safe for members with high training volume or chronic mobility deficits.
